Can I apply for Green card with an associate degree in Nursing ?
vinod k asked:
I am planning to pursue a career in Nursing and applying for an associate course in US as it is of lesser duration and cheaper too as compared to bachelor one. Can anyone please guide me whether I can apply for Green card based on an associate degree or should I go for bachelors. Kindly help.
Thanks in advance.

It is not a matter if you have ADN or BSN, the most impt thing is to find somebody to sponsor you. It will take a few yrs with lots of paperworks, need to advertise in newspaper that nobody is really qualified except you (Which is tough on your case, since there are a lot of nursing grads right now). Then you will get your interview with the INS, when approved then you get your coveted green card. Good Luck!
