Do employers find online Bachelors in Nursing degrees creditable?

No. You cannot earn a bona fide BSN degree on line. It requires extensive clinical training and coursework.
I think you can take some courses online, but there is now way to receive a Nursing degree totally online. You have to have clinicals/training that could never be completed online. I think there may be programs that allow you to complete the entire degree, but you would have to do your clinicals in places near you. You are probably much better off getting a degree from a campus-based program.
I very much doubt that would have any credibility because part of the training is practical experience which you cannot get online. Regular learning establishments struggle to find their students placements. I’d be surprised if an online establishment could do half as well.
