    He needs to get a work permit, etc.

    he has to convalidate his bachelors degree
    to be able to work here he has to take some tests.. also he needs to get s permit ,maybe he will get it fast since he has a nursing degree

    He needs to contact the Nursing board of the state that he is interested in. In California he need to apply at the board and wait for a response and if he requiered a remediation class he can contact us at Welcome Back program in Mt San Antonio College at 909-594-5611 ext 6101 for personal orientation.
